It is with great pleasure and friendship that I write this letter of recommendation to future satisfied customers of Quality Telecommunications!

Pioneer Bank had been using a nearly obsolete 20+ year-old phone system and the Quality Telecommunications team was so helpful in researching our needs and suggesting the Avaya IP Office phone system which networked our three bank locations. Rich and Ryan were instrumental in installing our new phone system with virtually no disruption to our business in June 2011. They made the process easy from start to finish for us! The clarity and functionality of the equipment is far better than we had anticipated. My favorite features include: voicemail to email, call logs, ease in transferring calls, conferencing capability and one touch calling to my top 8 co-workers. With the new phone system we also installed a fax server so our incoming faxes now come directly to our email – saving us even more time in our day!

The service after the sale was as important to us as the system functionality. We have a staff of nearly 40 employees who depend on the phone to communicate with co-workers and customers. Change is not always easy, but Diane scheduled training at each of our bank locations and provided our staff with group and one-on-one training to get everyone up to speed quickly.

Clearly, the greatest benefit of our new phone system is the money that we are saving. By choosing to go with the digital phone system we were able to eliminate 62 phone lines saving the bank nearly $2,000/month! The new phone system not only provides us with up-to-date technology and increased efficiency, but will pay for itself in less than 2 years!

Looking back on the transition I can’t think of any issues that came up that weren’t dealt with quickly and professionally. We are thrilled with our new phone system and highly recommend Quality Telecommunications to other small businesses in the Siouxland area.

The Yankton Sheriff’s Office worked with Quality Telecommunications approximately a year ago to implement a new phone system for several local government departments including the Sheriff’s Office and Jail facility. The new phone system was a very good purchase and has been well received by all of the users of the system.

Installation of our new phone system was a good experience as the staff of Quality Communications took great care to determine the wants and needs of the users and to set up a system that would meet those needs. The equipment installed is of very high quality and has been no problem of any kind. The equipment has every capability that one could want and is very user friendly.

Changing over to a different phone system could be somewhat difficult, but due to the excellent training provided, this also went very easily.
