Liberty National Bank acquired a bank with branches using an obsolete 15+ year-old phone system that needed updating.  We also began to add new branches and wanted a product that would grow with us. The Quality Telecommunications team was very helpful in researching our needs and suggesting the Avaya lP Office phone system.  This system provided the features we wanted by networking our 9 branches together with 4 digit dialing to avoid long distance charges, twinning capabilities for traveling employees to forward calls to their cell phone with a touch of a button, along with additional features such as voicemail to email, call logs, ease of transferring calls, conferencing capability and the ease of managing  our  phone  system.
The Quality staff was extremely helpful answering all of our questions, showing us the different Avaya phone models we had to choose from and helping us with a long term plan to upgrade all of our branches to the new Avaya System.
The new Avaya systems were installed with little disruption to our bank operations.  Diane trained our staff on how to operate the phones in small groups and one on one. Her helpful hand outs and hands on training were very beneficial as our staff learned to adjust to a new system. Ryan was instrumental in installing our phone system and worked closely with our lT Manager to program the system, assign extensions and train her on the Avaya IP Office Manager.
The staff at Quality has done an excellent job maintaining our phone system , answering all of our questions and finding quick resolutions to issues we encounter. Â The service after the sale continues to be top notch.

I am writing this letter to recommend the services Quality Telecommunications Company from Sergeant Bluff, IA. Our company had been using an older Avaya Telephone system that lacked some much needed functionality for our Part and Service Department. We had been contemplating upgrading the older system to allow us the ability to bolt on the missing functionality.  We were surprised, although skeptical at first that Quality could provide us with a new system that included the call center software at a much lower cost.  Usually when something is “too good to be true” it usually is but that was not the case.  Quality delivered on time, at the cost that was quoted, without interruption to our service.  (This was also done during the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic.)

Recently we worked with Quality Communications to migrate our aging PBX based phone system servicing 400 plus healthcare users to a new Voice Over IP based system. This project included installation of redundant VOIP/Analog backend hardware, user and department workflow definition and creation, voicemail system installation, and replacement of over 350 user handsets.
Quality Communications went above and beyond during all phases of this project. They were extremely professional, flexible regarding scheduling and last minute changes, and worked well with all levels of staff. I am writing to recommend the services of Quality Telecommunications. In 2013, Gelita needed to replace our outdated PBX phone systems in both our Sergeant Bluff, IA and Calumet City, IL locations. We brought in several vendors to examine their products and services, including our existing Toshiba vendor. After a rigorous selection process, the Avaya IP Office product from Quality had the most features and capabilities that we were looking for.
Quality installed the systems in June of 2013 in both locations for us and insured they were setup and supported properly. The end user training made it easy to transition to the new system for our users, and the administrative interface is extremely friendly for our IT staff.

I’m writing this letter as a recommendation to the services that Triview Communications provided during our all call/bell speaker system upgrade.
This Summer we were looking to change out our all call/bell speaker system for our school. Since we already used Triview for our Avaya Phone System we reached out to them to see what options are out there. Lee came to the school and did a thorough walk through and recommended installing AXIS speakers throughout the building and to use AXIS Audio Manager Pro.
We had a short window to get the installation done before the start of school. Lee and his team worked hard to meet the deadline and we had the new speaker system up and running just in time for the start of the new school year. Lee made sure I understood how to use the AXIS Audio Manger Pro software and helped me set up our bell schedules and zones so we could group classrooms and halls together for our elementary, junior high, and high school. Lee and his team also did a very good job of labeling all the speakers and provided me with a map which makes it super easy to edit my zones and add or remove specific speakers. Triview was also able to tie the AXIS speaker system into the phone system so that when there are announcements going out our office staff can hear them as well through their IP phones. This helps cover essentially the entire school so there are no dead spots. What I love most about our new AXIS speaker system is that we are able to play prerecorded messages and schedule them out in advance.
